Through this notice, USERS are informed of the WETWINE SOFTWARE about the policy of protection of personal data for USERS to determine freely and voluntarily if they wish to provide Personal Data that may be required or may be obtained on occasion of Subscription or registration in some of the services offered through the WETWINE SOFTWARE.

It is reported that the personal data provided by the USERS of the WETWINE SOFTWARE, with their consent, will be treated by the PARTNERS who are part of the WETWINE Project [SOE1/P5/E0300]. FEUGA, as a member of the WETWINE consortium and domiciled at Rúa Lope Gómez de Marzoa s/n, Campus Vida, 15705 Santiago de Compostela, Spain, is the entity responsible for the treatment of the personal data provided.

This notice may be modified to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential changes, as well as modifications or practices of the industry. In such cases, notice will be given in advance of the changes that will be introduced in the data protection policy and when they will begin to have full effect.

The only personal data that will be accessed will be those that the USER provides voluntarily. In this sense, it is necessary for the USER to know that for registration in the WETWINE SOFTWARE, personal data will be requested. Among them there are absolutely necessary data to enjoy certain services and contents. Therefore, in the cases and with respect to the data in which the USER is expressly informed, if he does not provide us with them, he will not be able to access or use certain services and contents.

Regarding the personal data of the USER those are provided, they may only be subject to automated processing and assigned in the manner and with the purpose established and expressly authorized by the USER.

The purpose of the collection and processing of personal data provided by the USER is the development of activities related to the WETWINE SOFTWARE and the WETWINE project [SOE1/P5/E0300] by the partners that are part of the consortium and, in particular, with the purpose of providing the results obtained from the use of the WETWINE SOFTWARE calculation tool as well as the sending of any other information of interest to the USER related to the WETWINE project.

The legal basis of the treatment is the consent given by the USER for the specific case (which can be withdrawn, which would prevent the continuity of the treatment). You can also use the information of the USER to comply with the different legal obligations of those responsible for processing.

In compliance with current regulations, the necessary measures and techniques have been adopted to maintain the required level of security in accordance with the personal data processed. Likewise, the WETWINE SOFTWARE is equipped with the precise means and within the reach of FEUGA to avoid as far as possible the unauthorized access, theft and illicit modifications and the loss of data. However, the USER must be informed and warned through this notice that such means are not infallible and impregnable and therefore those responsible for the treatment can not be responsible for such practices.
